Digital Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns: 

Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, and advertising. 

  • Conduct market research: 

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies. 

  • Create marketing content: 

Write compelling copy for advertisements, newsletters, product pages, and promotional materials, and manage content calendars. 

  • Manage digital platforms: 

Schedule and publish content, manage social media accounts, update website content using CMS platforms like WordPress, and monitor web analytics. 

  • Track and analyze performance: 

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, analyze data, and provide reports on campaign effectiveness. 

  • Collaborate with teams: 

Work with different departments, such as sales and product teams, to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals. 

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication and interpersonal skills: To effectively communicate with team members and external stakeholders. 
  • Creativity and copywriting: To develop innovative and engaging marketing materials. 
  • Analytical and strategic thinking: To analyze data, understand market trends, and develop effective strategies. 
  • Digital marketing knowledge: Proficiency in managing social media, email marketing, and web analytics tools. 
  • Organizational skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate campaigns, and meet deadlines. 
  • Commercial awareness: Understanding of business goals and how marketing contributes to growth. 
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with CRM and Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress. 

Education & Experience

  • Degree: 

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is often a prerequisite. 

  • Experience: 

You will need proven work experience as a digital marketing executive, with a demonstrated track record of successful campaigns and measurable results. 

  • Portfolio: 

A portfolio showcasing your experience with successful digital marketing campaigns is highly beneficial. 

Key Skills

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: 

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), social media marketing, and email marketing is crucial. 

  • Analytical & Technical Skills: 

Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and experience with marketing automation tools are required. 

  • Soft Skills: 

Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, leadership, and project management skills are vital for success. 

  • Content: 

Experience in content writing and understanding content management systems (CMS).
