Business Development Manager
What You Will Do
Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and potential new markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, prospects, and potential clients.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve growth targets.
- Create proposals and presentations for clients and senior management.
Sales & Client Management:
- Generate sales leads and move prospects through the sales funnel to become customers.
- Build, maintain, and manage strong professional relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to secure new partnerships.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment of goals.
- Coordinate with executives and other stakeholders to propose new business ideas and improve revenue
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor sales progress and track financial metrics to ensure corporate goals are met.
- Provide reports and feedback to management on sales performance and market opportunities.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term plans and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for networking and pitching.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating favorable terms and closing deals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Industry Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, market, and industry.
- Analytical Skills: Competence in research and analyzing business and market trends.
- 3 years or more working experience in similar role
